Affiliate Programs:
shareasale.com
Sign up for Share-a-Sale and start earning commissions yourself! Share-a-Sale is by far my favorite affiliate network to work with. They just brushed up their UI, too.

LinkShare
Linkshare has a ton of great retailers to choose from as well.

Reward Programs:
Earn Amazon.com gift cards just by searching online! I've gotten over $300 worth from these sites!

Swagbucks
Swagbucks is the best rewards site out there! Mostly earn by searching, but they have lots of special offers, and you can even watch videos to get points. 450 points gets you a $5 Amazon gift card.

Zoombucks
Similar to Swagbucks, but takes longer to get rewards (unless you do a lot of surveys, which I don't.) 1000 points will get you a $10 Amazon gift card.

iRazoo
iRazoo gives points for searching, "recommending" sites (you just write a short comment and click recommend), and they release "treasure codes" on their Facebook page. 3000 points gets you a $5 Amazon gift card.

MyPoints
You get 5 points for clicking on their emails, but most of your points will come from clicking through their site before shopping online. I buy a lot of my household stuff at drugstore.com, so clicking through MyPoints gets me a ton of points! I've gotten $100 worth of Amazon gift cards from this site alone! 7500 points will get you a $50 Amazon gift card.
